The hotel's rooms were a little old and noisy, lacking a good view and had a lingering smell of smoke, but they were regularly serviced with fresh towels and rubbish removal at least twice a day. The service was very helpful and efficient, with a smile on their faces despite a minor interruption during check-in. The location was fantastic, offering quick access to the beach and worth the higher cost for a night of Arabic glamour done well. The dining experience was disappointing with expensive prices, little variety, poor quality, and a crowded atmosphere. The hotel had separate areas for certain services, somewhat indulgent pastries. While the facilities were adequate, there were super expensive dining options. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative experiences for guests.

I had a great stay at the hotel as it is wonderfully located right on the beach, making it easy to access the main attractions in Muscat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although the allocation was not done upon arrival. The service provided, from the receptionist to the staff, was superb, enhancing our overall experience. However, dining options fell below expectations, lacking variety and cleanliness at times.

The hotel offers large and spacious rooms that are beautifully presented, albeit not as practical as expected. While being the most expensive room we rented among five-star hotels in Oman, the historic look didn't fully meet our expectations. The service was very helpful and polite, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient with easy access to beach attractions and tourist sites. The dining experience, though expensive, had a good selection and wasn't overly crowded. Overall, a luxurious stay with notable room design and top-notch service.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, quiet, and excellently located with a view of the pool and the ocean, meeting my minimum expectations and providing a better modern setup and system. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were very large and well located. The service, in general, was very good and attentive, except for the main restaurant where there was slow service, lack of organization, and a management issue during breakfast or evening seafood buffets.

The property offers spacious and comfortable rooms, although noise from departing drivers at night could be disruptive. The staff, especially Muktar, provided exceptional care. However, service standards were lacking, with slow responses and lackluster attitudes. The location is not ideal due to noise levels and a mediocre beach, although city accessibility is a plus. Dining options were expensive with limited choices, and the facilities were average.
